What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, company (if you give it) and your message.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address. This is needed to show the pages, keep the site secure and block abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your question and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries and keeping the website secure (article 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your data and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who helps us
Cloudflare hosts the website and runs the contact form. Resend delivers the emails sent through the form. Google Workspace hosts our mailbox. These companies process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
Some of them are based in the United States. Transfers outside the EU are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact. If your enquiry leads to an assignment, we keep the related records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.
Cookies
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site against bots. Fonts and images are loaded from our own website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to receive a copy. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
